Badges & Label Pins

We manufacture and supply badges, lapel stick pins in all sizes, standard and cut to shape designs available. We produce printed – line and four colour process, (with or without clear coating), etched, (with or without clear coating), duranamelled, vitreous enamelled, soft enamelled, coined or stamped designs on many different finishes including gold, silver, nickel and chrome plate, bronze, antiqued silver and antiqued gold. The badges and pins can be supplied with many different fixings including short pin and butterfly clutch fittings, brooch pin fittings, stick pins or bar and catch fittings etc.

1. Vitreous enamelled badge. Hard wearing badges with a high perceived value.

2. Durenamel is hard and to the same high standard as the vitreous enamel. It has a much wider colour palette although it is less expensive to produce.

3. Soft enamels are very popular in the mid range promotional badge spectrum with impressive looks achieved at reasonable cost.

4. Steel, soft enamelled, a budget range badge.

5. Metal relief, no colour, jewellery finish – high quality badges at low prices.

6. Full colour process printed with a resin coated finish. When metal lines are fine and/or the design is too intricate to enamel.

7. Cast 3D full image badge to really stand out.

8. Stick pin.
